The Resources dashboard in the Content module enables easy management of product resources—such as CAD files, textures, and materials—directly from the main navigation.

Resources Overview

The Resources dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all product assets used across the platform. Here, users can see, organize, and manage various resources—such as CAD files, textures, vector files, and materials—in one place. Each resource is displayed with details like file type, upload date, and version, making it easy to track and update assets, supporting efficient project management and streamlined workflows. This dashboard is a copy of the resources module accessible in the graph editor, as explained in Graph editor | Resources.

• New resource: You can add a new product resource via NEW RESOURCE.

  • Upload file: You have the option to either drag a resource file into the designated area or select a file manually. Further details on compatible resource file types are available in the Resources | Supported file types section.

  • Create material: When creating a new material, a ‘Create Material’ pop-up will appear, allowing users to define both Mesh Standard as Mesh Physical material properties. More information on Mesh Standard and Mesh Physical material properties can be found on:

• Edit resource: Through the context menu ... you are able to edit an existing resource.

• Delete resource: Through the context menu ... you are able to delete an existing resource.
