Commerce | Configurations dashboard
The Configurations dashboard provides a centralized overview of all saved configurations created through live projects. It enables teams to monitor, reference and retrieve configuration data generated by customers without representing actual purchase orders.
This dashboard is particularly useful for sales teams involved in quotation requests, as it provides direct access to customer-generated configurations that can serve as the basis for follow-up, quoting, or conversion to an actual order. Use the Date or Search function at the top of the dashboard to look up specific configurations.

Configurations dashboard
The Configurations dashboard is structured into four distinct columns:
Configuration ID
A unique ID automatically assigned by TwikBot to each saved configuration. Useful for internal tracking and referencing.
External Configuration ID
An optional reference passed from an external system (e.g. cart ID, CRM ID) to cross-link configurations with third-party platforms.
Project
Shows the live project in which the configuration was created, allowing differentiation across product categories, websites, or client environments.
Date
Displays when the configuration was saved. Helpful for identifying recent activity or tracking customer engagement over time.
